1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Subscription Plans: You are eligible to apply for a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided that you have used less than 5 credits (or generated less than 2 full tracks) from your plan.

1.2 Technical Issues: If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from using the Service (and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours), you may be eligible for a pro-rated or full refund regardless of your usage.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

The 7-day refund window has expired.
You have used more than 5 credits or generated multiple tracks.
Your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., generating prohibited content).
You simply "dislike" the creative style of the AI-generated music.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our payment processor, Creem. Cancellation stops future billing, but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing cycle unless the criteria in Section 1 are met.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email our support team with the following information:

Order ID: (Found in your Creem confirmation email)
Reason: Briefly explain why you are requesting a refund.

5. Refund Processing

Once your request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed through Creem, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We aim to resolve all legitimate concerns quickly and fairly.
