RapGenerator AI provides an artificial intelligence-based platform that allows users to generate rap lyrics, vocals, and complete musical tracks based on user prompts.
3. Accounts and Registration
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
4.1 Pricing: We offer various subscription plans (Free, Starter, Pro). Current pricing is available on our website.
4.2 Billing: Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Creem). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
4.3 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4.4 Refund Policy: Due to the high computational costs of AI generation, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once credits have been used. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of technical failure.

- Free Users: You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the generated content.
- Paid Users (Starter/Pro): RapGenerator AI grants you a commercial license to use the generated tracks. However, due to the evolving nature of AI copyright laws, we do not guarantee that you will hold exclusive copyright ownership of the generated content.
5.3 Prohibited Content: You may not generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property of others.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our AI models.
- Use automated systems (bots) to scrape the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the generated content will meet your expectations or that the Service will be uninterrupted. AI-generated music may occasionally contain artifacts or inaccuracies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RapGenerator AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
